Finca Popoyo is a 93 acre stretch of land with close to a mile of virgin white sandy beaches. There are numerous good surf breaks right in front of the property. The well known Popoyo Outer Reef, the Inner Break and also a soft beginner’s wave on the South end of the property just to name a few.
There are still plenty of choice home sites and turnkey options available. There are beachfront properties where you can walk right out and put your toes onto the sandy beach and into the water. There are also numerous hillside ocean view properties just steps from the beach overlooking the waves. Homesites range from $45,000 to $349,000.
All properties in Finca Popoyo come with water and electricity. Once you have your home site you can choose from one of our designs or work with your architect and design the home of your dreams.

Here is a list of our featured properties. There are 2 elevated beachfront lots on the North end of the property about 150 yards before the river mouth. Lot #2 is 1,500 m2 and has 23 meters of frontage. Lot #3 is 1,401 and has 25 meters of beach frontage. The asking price of elevated beachfront Lot 2 on the north hill is $270,000. The elevated beachfront Lot number 3 is priced at $230,000.
There are some first-row hill side Ocean Front lots 26a, 27 and 28. These properties are on the hill in the middle of Finca Popoyo. Lot #28 is 1459 m2. Asking price is $217,000. Lot # 27 is 1157m2. Asking price $236,000. Lot #26a is 1201m2. Asking price is $244,000.
The only beachfront lot on the south end of the property is Lot V-17. It is 1,716 m2 on the south end of the property. It has 25 meters of frontage. Asking price is $349,000.
We also have some 600 m2 lots just 200 meters from the sands of Beginners Bay. These homesites start at $45,000
The Med Village Beach Front Casitas are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The Med Village area starts right on the sand and slopes gently upward. The first row is be about 2 meters above sea level. The rest of the units will be slightly elevated all having great views and direct access to the white sands, blue water and numerous breaks.
The casitas are 855 square feet inside the walls. With the laundry/storage room and front & rear patios, the total comes to about 2,056 sq /ft under roof. Each casita has 2 máster bedrooms. One on each side of the house with a cohesive living-dining, kitchen space in the middle of the house. There is an attached storage/laundry room on the backside. Los Madroños is an 8 unit village the first of which has been completed. These are 2 or 3 bedroom homes in a fabulous location overlooking the main breaks at Popoyo. Los Madroños homes will feature numerous sustainable concepts including greywater capture. At the midpoint of this 8 unit village we will build a commons swimming and grill out zone. While built to be efficient, these are grand homes with large expansive terraces; they are 2800 to 3,350 sq/ft in size depending on which options you choose.
