SOUTH HILL #P11
New Home sites just released less than 200 meters from the white sandy beach. If you build a two floor home you will have an ocean view. Otherwise you will have to settle for just hearing the waves crash on the shore and seeing the ocean through the trees.
The white sands are less then 200 meters away. There are three good waves within a 10 minute walk. A short walk to the south is Beginners Bay, The Outer Reef break and Popeye’s main break are both just a few steps up the beach.
Like all properties in Finca Popoyo they have water and electric hook ups. These are 600-800 square meters in size starting at $45,000
North Hill Lot #2 is a beach front elevated home site that sits on a hill about 9 meters above the sands of Finca Popoyo.
