REAL STATE 

Finca Popoyo is a community of home owners, guests, visitors, employees and more. The farm is a fully serviced destination for life or just a week. We live well, but sensibly – a gourmet life on a sustainable diet!

Our owners will have the choice of purchasing a private residential lot or a turn key home we have already designed and built.  Lot buyers will have the opportunity to design, build and reside in the beach front residence of their dreams. The team at Finca Popoyo stands ready to support the construction process to completion.  Additionally, we have plans for a two and three bedroom home that are construction document ready.  And, of course, the two turn key residential projects, Los Madroños and Las Mariposas.

The project provides to residential buyers a gated community, security 24/7, installed infrastructure and a thoughtfully planned vision.  Residential building lots are or will be stubbed with power and water along the provided residential road.  Home owners may opt into the Finca Popoyo rental pool or keep their residence available at their whim of arrival.

Still the farm will not be all single family residential and nor is the investment opportunity limited strictly to residential investment either; we have carefully left two or three zones as resort commercial, so necessary to create community is commons ground and gathering places, especially at the oceanfront. 

 

The southern meadow has a 200 meter run of coastline that is set aside for a boutique hotel, commercial tourism zone, perhaps a town-home project and more. The Central Park of the farm is the vision. PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL LOTS

 

There are several distinct zones on the farm when it comes to finding a home site suitable for you.  Valley view lots looking across the sports-field complex start at just $35,000. In the South Bay, we have just a couple of the walk onto the sand front row lots still priced substantially below other Tola beachfront gated community projects at $380,000.   On our near kilometer of beachfront hills there are many options available starting at $150,000. A Mediterranean Village at Finca Popoyo

LA MARIPOSA, a beach front home!

 

We have a pre-construction investment opportunity for a 2 bedroom Beach Front casita at our Mediterranean Village site on the south bay of Finca Popoyo.

 

The Mediterranean Village area starts at the sand and slopes gently upward. There will be 6 units on the first row 2 to 4 meters above sea level. From these units you walk from your terrace directly to the beach. LOS MADROÑOS

In a grove of trees dominated by the Nicaraguan national tree, los madroños, we have an 8 unit village of 2 or 3 bedroom homes that overlook the main breaks at Popoyo. Los Madroños homes will feature numerous sustainable concepts.  At the midpoint of this 8 unit village we will build a commons swimming and grill out zone - see the full site plan for detail.   We expect to deliver keys on our first unit in early July, 2018. Pre-construction prices start at $490,000. While built to be efficient, these are grand homes with large expansive terraces; they are 2800 to 3,350 sq/ft in size depending on options.
