Meet Your Teacher:
Maggie
I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching from the belief that we are really never done learning. My roots are in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Rocket traditions, but these days what I’m most interested in is what happens when we move beyond the poses on our mats and into a deeper relationship with ourselves.
My classes are grounded, breath-focused, feel-good flows designed to help you feel more connected to your body. You’ll hear invitations rather than instructions because I believe you are the authority on your own experience. My role is not to tell you what your body should do; it is to offer possibilities and encourage you to listen. I’m interested in nervous system regulation, and intuitive moment as an act of self trust. To me, yoga is both spiritual and creative. It creates a space where structure and freedom can coexist.

I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Baby Cobra in Brooklyn, NY and continue to approach yoga with that same student mindset. At the heart of my teaching is the belief that yoga should be accessible, empowering, and available to everybody.
Classes are taught in English.
