Welcome to our paradise in Tola, Nicaragua. Set between rolling northern hills and a wide southern meadow, Finca Popoyo stretches along 1,300 meters of pristine beachfront on Playa Sardina. Our beach, Playa Sardina, is the ocean sanctuary of several world-class waves, including the famous Popoyo and its bigger, angrier brother Outer Reef. ​

Acting as the stewards of Playa Sardina, the Finca has the distinction of being the only establishment with direct access to Popoyo main-break, Outer Reef, La Piedrita, La Lejana, and Bahia Punta Sardina.

When you finally (maybe) get out of the water, there's plenty more to explore. Activities such as yoga, horseback riding, tidal pools, thermal baths, sport fishing and more are available for you to enjoy.
