Real Estate at the Finca: The finca has a MARENA permitted(EIA) site plan for 90 some odd residences, a couple boutique hotel zones, a resort commercial towncenter and multi-field sports area.

 

25 lots are sold, mas o menos. Two homes built, more to come.  Ample choice home sites are still available. The Finca has beachfront properties and also numerous hillside ocean view properties just steps from the beach overlooking the waves. Homesites range from $65,000 to $390,000.

SOUTH MEADOW, 2nd Row

The second row in the south bay meadow are home sites less than 80 meters, just one house, from the white sandy beach. If you build a two floor home you will likely have a peekaboo ocean view. For sure, you will fall asleep each night and wake each morning to the resonant, yet peaceful sound of the crashing waves.

Check out the surf tab for details, but there are four distinct world class waves, a 10 minute walk to the north end of the bay or a two minute drive to the Breaks Lodge zone inside the finca - Outer Reef, La Lejana, Popoyo and Las Piedritas. Closer still, directly in front of these lots in the deep south end of Bahia Punta Sardina is "beginners bay".

 

Lot sizes are around 1,000 meters square(11,000sqft).  They are already networked for three phase power and water distribution.  Prices range from $117k to $169k.

MEDITERRANEAN VILLAGE LOTS

The Mediterranean Village is planned community of 12 to 15 modest but gracious homes.  We have a specific design, but are open to client ideas within the bigger idea of modest homes on modest lots with shared landscaping, walkways and such forms of community.  Some of the available lots are beachfront and those elevated in the second row have amazing views of the bay.  Beach front lots have 21 linear meters of frontage.  Lots are between 600 and 800 square meters(x10.76 to ft2).  Prices range from $160k to $255k.

Right in the middle of the nearly mile of Finca Popoyo’s beach front are lots 26B, 26A, 27 and 28. These lots are bluff front on the south end of the slowly fading to green Sardina sand dune, most directly in front of the Outer Reef surf break. From these lots you walk down directly to the sand. You can walk for 5 minutes North and paddle out too Popoyo’s main break or walk 5 minutes South and swim out to the waves of Bahia Punta Sardina or often now called Beginners Bay. The home sites are between 1100 and 1500 square meters (x10.76 to ft2) with approximately 25 meters of linear beach frontage. Prices begin in the low 300's.  Stunning views!

SOUTH MEADOW, BEACH FRONT LOT V-17

This is a beach front lot on the south end of the property; a stunning, beautiful walk out to the sand. This is a level property that will be very easy to build on. From this property you can walk right out onto the sandy beach of the South Bay, Punta Sardina. The South Bay is often referred to as Beginners Bay. Punta Sardina has a big jutting rock that facilitates a consistent soft left point break that is ideal for beginners and longboarding.

 

Beach Front V-17 is 1,716 m2. It has 25 meters of frontage. Asking price is $390,000.

The Med Village Beach Front Casitas are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The Med Village area starts right on the sand and slopes gently upward. The first row is be about 2 meters above sea level. The rest of the units will be slightly elevated all having great views and direct access to the white sands, blue water and numerous breaks.

The casitas are 855 square feet inside the walls. With the laundry/storage room and front & rear patios, the total comes to about 2,056 sq /ft under roof. Each casita has 2 máster bedrooms. One on each side of the house with a cohesive living-dining, kitchen space in the middle of the house. There is an attached storage/laundry room on the backside. There are front and back covered patios extending the entire length of the casita.
